Through my experiences with Pilates, I've had the pleasure of working with Certified Pilates instructor Tara Simon. Tara is a warm and wonderful instructor who does very private and personal sessions from her home. She has guided me step by step with very cool and different ways of strengthening and stretching I would of never thought of on my own. Complete with all the necessary equipment and Tara's extensive knowledge, my experience has not only be challenging but very fun!
